I painted this at the beginning of spring as the leaves were just budding. This scene had a radiant glow to it as the young leaves glowed with the warmth of the late evening sun. I did my best to capture that glow.

After Hours is series of plein air paintings done after I wrap up my daytime job of being mommy to my 1 yr old.
